Your Membership

Membership costs £5 a month. It renews automatically each month on the date you joined, until you cancel.

You can cancel from your account page, or by contacting us. You'll keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part-months.

No refunds once you've accessed the music.

When you join, you choose instant access to the members' area. By ticking the box at checkout, you agree to give up the usual 14-day cancellation right once access begins. We'll confirm this in your welcome email.

If something doesn't work, contact us and we'll fix it, or refund you if we can't. If you've been charged by mistake, including a double payment or a charge after you cancelled, we'll always refund you.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us agreeing to them.

If a monthly payment fails, we'll let you know and try again. If it can't be taken, your access will pause until payment is made or you rejoin.

If we ever change the price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies, so you have time to cancel if you'd like to.
